I have posted a few related subjects in other forums, but was curious if someone could detail to me how they go about marketing and feeding out steers for re-sale on the 1/2 or whole.

-At what age or weight do you start?
-What do you feed?
-Dry hung or wet packed?
-What breed?
-How do you charge?
-What do you generally expect to make?
-How do you divide the cuts?

Any and all info would be helpful.
