Sadly one of my favorite holiday recipes is lost. Great-grandma used to make her sweet potatoes into balls with a perfectly melted marshmallow inside and a crunchy coating outside. We have never been able to replicate them. :cry2:

Have you tried going online to cooks.com or another website and tyoing in the name under search, you'd be surprised how many others may know just how to make them. I have done that with several recipes I sort of remembered and didn't know how to make that my Grandmother made for Christmas and have been very successful in finding them.

Sounds like a interesting recipe.
