I am working on the depreciation for our new place. The insurance agent was happy to come out and put a high value on each building. That leaves drives, fences, corrals, platforms, wells... to value. Any suggestions here?

There can be way to much variation in those items for anyone to try to help. Size, quality, age, etc. Only you know and even then it's subjective.

Your tax forms have already been turned in.
For next year use your forms and work backwards to see what numbers would work best and proceed from there.
