Fair Lucky calves

we bred some cows to the select sires Fair Lucky club calf bull. We have all hereford cows. about 4 days after we AI-ed the cows our bull decided to break down the fence and join a couple cows that were in heat. We had to red calves out of cows we AI-ed. These calves could easily be from the cleanup bull. I was wondering if anyone had bred red cows to fair lucky and if anyone had confirmed that he is carrying a red gene.

I looked him up and he's a MAB son, so yes he is a red carrier.
