I don't know if you've got a lot of immigrants in your area, but if you ask around the right places you can find South Americans who know what to do with them. I had an alpaca chop once. Very lean, but flavored like lamb.

I can't even eat the crappy beef they sell in supermarkets. It is definitely not the same as fresh homegrown beef
