Yup, your local autosupply store should have high temp paint for just that use. The stuff I used to use was supposed to be baked in an oven for a while after application, but I found that just running the vehicle for a while had the same affect, stunk pretty bad, but it worked.
that 3000 degree paint works well for awhile, but don't throw the can away after doing it....sooner or later the paint near the manifold flange will start to disintigrate....just re spray that area every so often. any auto supply should carry it....
