I picked up 300 pounds of uncoated, cleaned, medium red clover seed a couple weeks ago. The price was $1.70 a pound from a local grower. Last weekend, I slung 180 pounds on established fescue pastures at a bit over 5 pounds per acre, with my 3 point spreader. Now I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed for good conditions like we had this year.
