Seeing a few nice pieces of equipment where two guys to head to head and bid it up. Most pricing is softer than it has been. If we get an early frost, it could get ugly in the north. What are you seeing ?

Attended two large auctions recently. Around here the small in good shape tractors sell pretty well. A piece of machinery in like new condition that is desirable bring fairly well. Everything else is unpredictable as I have see a lot of just about give away sell price equipment that would have sold well 3-4 years ago. Also if there is much noticeable wrong with it expect it to go cheap. Not a good time to sell....

I am surprised that equipment pricing held up so long. Operators seem to be less optimistic recently, and the outside money is not rushing in.
