please giv me your opinions on this bulls epd's. B.W. 0.38, W.W. -5.22, Y.W. -2.46, MILK 1.11. weaned at 161 days and weighed 560lbs.

well as dun says more info is needed.
my quick math says the critter would have weaned off near 700 lbs at 205 days which is pretty good growth.
The EPD profile alone does not indicate a lot of potential.
So unless the breed has an awfully rigorous standard or average for epds then this animal has far exceeded what the epd profile would indicate.
that is a broad leap in assumptions as well as you have not indicated how the animal has been handled nor how it performed in comparison to contemporaries.

the breed is piedmontese and he had an adjusted W.W. of 680lbs.
