Where are some good places to look for cattle jobs online for the south and southeast? There never seems to be much on this site and/or most of the ads are people seeking and not job openings.

Supply and demand seem to be the biggest issue right now.
If it were me looking, I'd try to get a job with a large animal vet. Many of the old timers run a lot of cattle on their own. You can learn a whole bunch, and you sort of get the best of both worlds so to speak.

I'd be proactive about it, go online and find some companies, practices or individuals you might like to work for and contact them about openings. It always helps to know someone too, ask around. My Dad always says "its not what you know, its who you know".
