Eight buckets

Jim has a small problem . He has 8 buckets of different sizes . He numbered each bucket 1 thru 8 from smallest to largest . He knows that bucket # 4 holds 10 lbs and that bucket #7 holds 16 lbs .
So he decided to use the 2 buckets he knew to figure out the others .

Using bucket 1 and 2 filled bucket 4
Using bucket 1 and 3 filled bucket 5
Using bucket 2 and 3 filled bucket 6
Using bucket 1 and 5 filled bucket 7
Using bucket 1 and 7 filled bucket 8
Using bucket 3 twice filled bucket 7
Using bucket 4 twice filled bucket 8

How much does each bucket hold ?
