Hi there,
I am a student at the University of Illinois-Urbana. I will graduate next year with a degree in Agriculture education - it is my hope to teach ag to urban high school students. Unfortunately, many of them have never seen livestock up close, and have no idea of the differences between breeds. I am trying to collect reference materials for my classroom, such as overhead transparencies (preferably color) of several breeds, as well as any information anyone may have regarding the breeds to accompany my lesson plans.
