I'm listening to Paul Harvey right now and he is talking about a Farmers' Market somewhere that an old boy discovered. Seems they sell coon, rabbit, beaver, muskrat, and what not. This guy's family feasted on varmint this Christmas. Paul said that the way to cook a coon was overnight in salt water to get the meanness out of the meat. :shock: :idea: :?: :lol:
