eating grain from a bucket

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble getting a calf to eat grain from a bucket. One of the younger ones does it just fine, but this one doesn't. He's about 3 1/2 weeks old. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Some calves are just slower than others. Just keep trying! Sprinkle some in the bucket after he is done drinking his milk. Also just keep giving hand fulls after he is done drinking - eventually they figure out they like it.
