I've been on vacation all week. Accomplished a good amount. Fixed myself bit of celebratory drink as I do. Sometimes after hard week, sometimes on good week. Mine tends to be Evan Willams and Mt Dew/MtDewZero. If moneys good, Jack and MtDew for what we call a Jack ManDew. I've tried beer and seltzers, never got the taste for beer, wife loves Michelob. Seltzers are good way to have hangover. Summer when's it hot, I know it's girly but Watermelon Malibu and Sprite goes down real smooth.
What's your drink of choice?

Water all day. I try to avoid excess sugar. I discovered Spindrift sparkling flavored water and love them. Crack one every night after evening shower.

COFFEE!
(gatorade if I am hot and need re-hydration but I'll chase it with COFFEE, hot and black day or night)

Back in the bad old days, when I still drank, it was purple bag Crown-water by or if available Maker's Mark, with water by.

I thought we were talking vacation drinks.....celebration drinks. Every day drink is one Diet Dr. Pepper in the morning and water the rest of the day. A G2 Gatorade when working. Been trying the PRIME drinks. I like them but can't tell if they work better than the G2. I certainly can't drink as much of it so may not be as good for replacing lost hydration. Been a couple months since I've had an alcoholic drink.

My preferred is beer, but sometimes I like to spice it up a bit and will have 7&7, or coconut rum and cranberry juice. Most of the time I will drink Gatorade, coke, squirt or coffee. I have been forcing myself to drink more water here lately.

Water is first choice. JW Black is next.

Because I've spent my life in a dry county, surrounded by dry counties, I haven't developed a favorite. Beggars can't be choosers.

But……our county just went wet last March, and I've been experimenting. Will advise in a couple years.

We have made beer and wine for 30 years, but every batch tastes different. When we think we've found a favorite, good luck making it again.

That was the intent. lol

Not an alcoholic beverage drinker, from what I have had of it, my preference was wine. Been close to 20 years since I've even had a sip of it.
My favorite soft drink is the local Ale8, kind of like a sweeter with hint of citrus ginger ale.
Because of an inner ear condition and blood pressure, I've pretty much stopped drinking soft drinks, might get an occasional 7 up or Sprite when eating out.
At home and most other times it's Deer Park bottled water, and an occasional Gatorade if I'm out working in the hot.
Used to drink almost a gallon of milk a day, but cut that way back a few years ago. Used to drink a glass of milk or two with about ever meal at home.

Tea, water, lemonade in this house. Kids drink a lot of milk, just a little with cereal for me.

Old Milwaukee Light and/or Fireball to calm the nerves or blow off steam. In moderation, of course. Well most the time, anyway.

During the recent fire I liberated a few cases of fruit punch Power Aid from the government fire fighters supply. They had a stack 2 or 3 deep, 5 feet tall, and over 10 feet long. Lots of bottled water and Power Aid. I have been developing a taste for this stuff. Claims to have more electrolyte that the other sport drinks.
