When the ID program is in place, COOL can grow with little resistance due to tracking programs. The packers and distributers will certinely howell. They will need new computer programs to track cuts of meat and match sources of animals they came from. Now that could be expensive. But the manufacturing industry went through this twenty years ago in reverse. They may be able to use their programs in reverse, you know, instead of assembling, disassembling.
