Down Cow

I have a cow that calved and everything was fine and then the other day I found her calf dead and she was looking bad her self. I took her to the vet and he treated her for the scours. I put her on feed,hay and water like he said. I put her up in the lot and now she cant get herself up. Shes eating and drinking good but can't get up. I gave her a steriod shot but isn't any better today. Any advice? thanks

Check with the vet and relay all the information about her, plus temp her before you call.
