Down Cow

Wondering if anyone has had problems with Dallas grass poisoning? (At least we think that is our problem) The cows get down and can't get up. I have heard the grass zaps them of vitamin B. The cow I have now is eating and drinking just weak hind legs. I have her in a hip hugging device lifted with the tractor. Her hind legs seem to be getting better, but I am not sure how long I should leave her lifted and should I give her periods of rest on the ground? <p>Thanks for your help!
