Got an email from Tim Lockhart today stating that Double L Cattle has lost their lease and are having to sell some cows. We haven't been a fan of their cattle as of late; they've gotten a little fine boned and have lost some thickness in the top and and rearquarter. Nonetheless, they have some good cattle just not the kind for the showring. Check them out at www.doublelcattle.com

It doesn't look like Moler or Embracer rights are for sale.
 
13 head of females at $1000 a head and $1500 a head for bred females is certainly a reasonable asking price.

Nope, just females. He is selling most of the donors, but I doubt Patti, Pearl, and the other powerful donors will be offered.
 
those prices are real reasonable.20yrs ago when i was in reg polled herefords i was giving $800 to $1100 for bred cows an heifers.
