Dears,
We had A bull with 400 plus kg weight, then the bull start loosing weight and do not eat, the bull start to be lazy and entered A slow motion stage. We have decided to eleminate the bull and we have discovered something weird as per the pix.. Does anyone saw such thing before?

Appears to be a granulomatous disease, which can be caused by a number of pathogens including parasites and certain types of bacteria including bovine tuberculosis as mentioned above. Some, but not all, are zoonotic diseases (transmissible from non-human animals to humans). I would submit fresh tissue, not rotting tissue, to a veterinary diagnostic lab. Frozen tissue may be acceptable, but you would need to check with the lab.
