This is two of our 9 month old heifer calves we put on a 10 acre pasture a couple months ago. The two have been eating a variety of very good feed (grass, wild oats, pasture mix etc). I went to check on them today and they both appreared to have some "belly" to them. I know not the best pics but i didn't have time to get a bunch of different shots of them. They may just be full but I'm wondering if anyone see's anything they would be concerned with as far as fat, bloat or ???
Thanks in advance for any replies!

Bloat would be showing signs of distension high up on the left side.

Ken

Or 4 feet in the air if not there in time to poke a hole in them.

Thanks all for the input, they have minerals, we wormed them before turning them out. In comparing Their bellies look similar to the steers we have so I'm going with grass belly.
I guess just fat and happy cattle

Your first calf looks in ideal shape. Nice looking calf. 2nd calf looks fine, just not as good as first.
You say you have great pasture, it doesn't look like much in the picture. Where are you located?
