Diversification

I have noticed that some cattle producers have diversified to bring in more income. Some raise water buffalo, bison, deer, goats, camelids, some are using hunting as a market, some with raising crops. Has anyone on here diversified to bring in more income?

I am making more money on hunting than cattle. As a matter of fact, I got into cattle to get more diversified. I allready had the equipment from my hunting business and I really only use it during august and september. So I figured I would benefit if I utilized the equipment more.
I have really enjoyed working with cattle. I find it to be hard work but very rewarding. Now, I cant see my future without cattle in it.
