Distillers grain

Where can you buy distillers grain in Texas and how much does it run?

You might want to place a call to the folks at the Spoetzel Brewery over in Shiner, Tx. --- but I haven't any idea about the specific mix of ingredients they routinely use (barley, hops. etc. ??), nor how and to whom they market the used "stuff". I don't know of any hard liquor distillers in Texas.

Most all of the brewery's sell distillers grain; however, many of them are already selling it to large feedlot operations. It is a great product to feed, if you can find it.
