Its a city/rural thing.

In the city your afternoon meal is lunch and the evening meal is dinner. If your in the country the afternoon meal is dinner and the evening meal supper. Thats been my experience.

Breakfast, dinner and supper. If ya had a lunch it's just a tad to hold you until supper.

Cal
I have to agree. I never eat much for my middle meal, so I call it Lunch. But if I actually eat much its then known as dinner.

Well the Dr has me eating about 4-5 times a day so I don't really eat dinner anymore
I eat at 6,11,5 and 8:30 the 6,11 and 8:30 are just small meals and the 5 o clock is supper and a decent sized one

So I don't know what I am eating or what to call it anymore

Noon meal is lunch and evening meal is supper.
Dinner is what you eat at Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and Vikings Games. ;-)

I knew you would be different Angrie
and I thought you guys ate the last supper at Vikings games because of all the praying ya'll were doing
After the game there's not much of an appetite left for a meal. :(

(Don't think I did not notice "Angrie", I am just ignoring it :secret: .....)
