Diff lock on a NH6640

I've never seen a tractor without a locking differential (until now?).
FIL bought a 6640 (no cab) and I cannot find a diff lock anywhere. Manual doesn't even make mention of one. Any clues?
 
I kinda figure it might be electric, since the pto is, but I can't find any extra wires or switches.

Looking thru the electrical wiring harness diagrahams I found this:


I shows a switch (number 9) to be located on the dash for tractors made 11/1/1991 and later.

Thanks! I'll look again. BTW, a sailor would have blushed the first time I tried to put hay out with this tractor. One rear tire had some fluid, the other had none, no diff lock, a 5x5 roll on the front end loader, greasy manure on top of greasy clay.....you get the picture.
