Dexter/low maintenance cattle

Anyone familiar with Dexters? They say the meat is exceptional, but everyone seems to say that about their own breeds. Am looking for a smaller breed to have on a hobby farm, low maintenance. But, something I can be proud to eat and share with neighbors...maybe even sell to a boutique type butcher. Let me know if anyone has any other suggestions, thanks!

Take a look at the Lowline's. They are a minature Angus, and depending on where you are they may be more available and less expensive.
