Deworming

How often are cattle suppose to be dewormed? I have a cow that had an infestation of Trichistrongyles. She had IM injection and then pellet wormer two weeks later. That was about 2 1/2 months ago and I wanted to do a pour on wormer for good measure but need to know if it would hurt her. She is pregnant and was checked at 90days.

I deworm every six months. Usually with pour on, but I think injection is more effective. One thing we do is rotate the type of wormer we use every time so the parasites don't build any immunity.
