Do you mean the claws are growing towards each other and giving the impression of being one, or do you mean that the claws are fusing with each other?

Click to expand... Sounds like she just has "bad" feet. You can have them trimmed, but I would send her down the road, she will pass this onto her calves. It can also be caused by overfeeding grain to young stock.
