Reccomendations for treatment and control of deer flukes in cattle (time of year, products)

There are drugs available to U.S. producers for the treatment of deer flukes. Can't remember the name of the product at this moment, talk to your vet. Best thing is prevention. Keep cows out of low-lying areas where snails are located, and avoid making hay in those areas as well. Fluke 'spores' can last in hay for up to 2 years.
