If the trial had been heard in the midwest, the results may have been very different.
Regardless of how a judge instructs a jury, a case is always decided on a higher % emotion than evidence.

Here's Monsantos take in an excerpt from an article.

'Of EWG's study, Monsanto says "even at the highest level reported… an adult would have to eat 118 pounds of the food item every day for the rest of their life in order to reach the EPA's limit" for glyphosate residues.'

Glyphosate may kill me. Not arguing that. But there are a lot of probabilities on the list that I worry more about.

I'm sure gly has contributed to cancer and death. So has diesel fuel , gas and lots more products. It is because of genetic make up of and individual that makes them suseptable. Millions of people use it and 1 person gets awardEd in a case. It's bs.
