Dandelion Wine

Hi all,

I am interested in making Dandelion Wine this summer.
Does anyone have a great recipe (that they have actually tried and had success with?)

Found an old recipe for it in stuff that was my husband's grandmothers. I will have to go looking through it again and see if I can find it.

Not much of a wine drinker myself I prefer valerian tea. Do have a recipe but have never made it myself so I don't know if its good or not. Would this do? - it sounds rather complicated.
