I am looking for a dairy that milks Shorthorns (Dairy Shorthorns that is)
Iam interested in purching Day Old bulls from them. Does anyone know of any Shorthorn Dairys in Texas or other states surronding TX.

We all know what you mean, but the breed is called Milking Shorthorn, yes, it is a seperate breed, derived from Shorthorn

I HAVE HAD MILKING SHORTHORNS IN THE PAST AND LOVED THEM.LIVING IN WYOMING WE DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF THEM HERE.I WOULD LOVE SOME MORE.WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR JERSEY,GUERNSEY,AYRSHIRE,AND BROWN SWISS.WE WOULD ACCEPT CULL COWS THAT ARE BREEDABLE,HEALTHY,AND THE MILK DRINKABLE.AS WE ALSO USE THE MILK AND CREAM FOR OUR OWN USE.
