when i breed these beefmasters to the simm would it be better to just use beefmaster and simm bulls on my heard or should i bring in a third breed like and if so which breed would work.
you could use angus but you dont really need to. maximum heterosis is achieved by bosindicusXbritishXcontinental breeding and you have that. your calves will be 1/2 simm, 1/4 brahman and 1/4 herefordxshorthorn.
