The heifers should make terriffic replacement females.
Breed them back to Angus either Red or Black or to Polled Herefords,
for a terminal steer and keep back the Hfr Mates again for Replacements.

the hereford would be 3/4 and that would be alot, the angus would be a better choice depending on what you are after. personally i would like the 3/4 hereford cows, i think they would make good cows for a black angus bull.
