Farmers and Ranchers in the Klamath Basin Oregon continue to struggle to survive after the Bureau of Reclamation (pressured by environmental groups) halted all deliveries of irrigation water for the 2001 farming season. The situation is near critical as ranchers have sold off herds and crops are drying up.
