I'm sometimes blown away by the idiocy of criminals. This guy, for example, robs a store with his face completely viewable to everyone.

I think the tattoo says a lot about his intelligence already without the crime (and I'm talking about that specific tattoo; not tattoos in general). Just how drunk or stupid do you have to be to think that's a good idea?

This is true. Any tattoo above the neck says "I didn't think this out well."
