Credit card interest rates.

They asked what they could do to keep my business and I said that I want the late fee removed, my interest rate lowered and the yearly fee dropped. They did it!

I finally talked to a supervisor. I could understand her and stated my my problem. She said she would immediately change it, if she could, but she didn't have that liberty. She said she would be my consumer advocate before a board and I would know in two weeks. ???

Me and the boss lady aren't in agreement over this. She has her eyes set on that little Buick SUV. She wants to build points on the card to go against the price when she has enough nickels to go buy it this spring. Hence, she wants to continue using the card, paying it off to build points and wait and see if they fix the rate.

I want to do business with someone who wants my business. I'll keep using a card for on-line purchases and such. I am not using that one just to build points. Can't now anyway, unless I use hers :lol: May have to insulate the dog house
