Cracker Barrel

Help Support CattleToday:

Dan Evins started his first Craker Barrel store in 1969 in Lebanon Tn. He located it on the interstate and it was initially started to increase gasoline sales for a gas station. ( I am also not a fan of their gravy).

Not my jam either but do have two of their rocking chairs on the front porch. They are holding up fairly good.

I like Uncle Hershel's Breakfast. Two eggs, fried apples, grilled catfish, grits ( butter), biscuits and gravy. I like the one at Mt Sterling, those girls all are wholesome looking and they will bring extras.
My favorite is their country boy breakfast. 8oz sirloin steak, three eggs, biscuits and gravy, cooked apples, and hashbrown casserole. I won't eat anything again till that night if then after finish all of that. I have also noticed that if you find a location that is not close to an interstate they are a little better. The best location I have ever ate at was in Boone NC.
