Cows Match Milk Replacer

Need some help please...have a 1-month old calf in need of milk replacer...vet recommended Cows Match...there are NO instructions on the bag for mixing it! Can anyone advise? Many thanks!

Not familiar with that particular brand, but if you are feeding twice a day and the calf is somewhere around 100 pounds, then start out with approximately 1 1/2 cups to a quart of water per feeding.
