I have a cow with these symtoms. I think she has a bad heart, but I'm not sure. I've never seen this. I live on the prairie provices and we are as flat as can be, so this has nothing to do with altitude. However it is very cold here(-30 to -40) for the last week. Any other ideas on what's wrong?

had a heifer do the same a year or two ago minus the navel. not altitude related here either but still could have been heart failure. treated with LA200 and the swelling went down enough in a months time time that we could sell her. she was a two year old we werent going to keep anyway, and kind of high strung.
