cow will not get up after birthing

3 year old, pulled first calf.Unable to have current calf.Pulled by vet.Did get a epidural block.Appeared normal presentation,stillborn???Received penicillin after.Eating alfalfa,drinking,and has a tarp shade for now in the pasture. How long can she be down and what support measures can I do? She's gentle.Calf was about 85#,Maine bull.thanks
