cow losing hair,lice?

Hello I was wondering if anyone has ever seen hair loss like this? I currently poured permectin on for lice. I have a 6 year old highland cow that has these bald spots inside both rear legs, I just found it 2 days after the pour on. Is this lice or what? What should I do? She has always had matty looking hair but this looks nasty! Thanks

I would say she's been scratching too! Pour her again in a few weeks to kill those lice eggs.

Thanks mike I have never seen lice symptoms but it's what I was guessing.I have poured her twice 3 weeks apart. Should I try something other than permectin.

Yup, she's been scratchin...Gotta watch out for lice, can be really bad with highlands, I have seen them kinda bald spots everywhere on their body that they could reach with their horns.
Have been using Permectin for lice here works pretty good

We had a problem with lice last spring used some pour on called "clean up" specifically for lice. It worked great.
