Cow drops one calf, could one still be inside?

I have a cow that dropped her calf 2 weeks ago and about 3 days after she dropped the calf she began producing a milk bag so I put a replacement calf on her but she is not shrunk down in size (her stomach) like the other cows that have calved this year she is still fairly big, is it possible she has a twin inside her that is still alive? The dead calf that came was about a month early. Also she is still passing some slimy red bloody things should I be worried about this?
