cow attitude question

Hello. We have a starter "herd" of 6 cows right now. The 4 angus are quite friendly, when feeding grain they come right to you. one of the gelbvieh/simmental crosses, a heifer that is 10 months old will RUN to you if you have the grain bucket in hand. the other cross, same type and age is VERY shy. will not approach you...now she backs off even if feed bucket makes a noise. She appears to have pink eye, or injured eye...but cannot get closer than about 10 feet...Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated...

Pen them up and treat her, she might just be "skittish" because she can't see right. I would say that she is halfway tame at that point though....
