Got our results back this AM negative for covid-19 and the person we were with she also tested negative. Stay safe out there everyone.
The Kraken is an animal from Scandinavian folklore. It is fictional just like the claims of voter fraud. I would put the odds of SCOTUS accepting the appeal at .01 percent. Here's a read that is quite interesting. He defines the Kraken (not the sea animal some believed).
According to the CIA's own information operations centre
"Kraken is a Department of Defense cyber warfare program that tracks and hacks other systems to acquire evidence of nefarious actions of other nations and enemies." (Hat tip to Pam Geller Reports)
Here's the article. https://richardsonpost.com/howellwoltz/19050/trump-will-win-heres-why/
Just for the record, I wanted to bet a steak dinner and I would have won, bigley. I don't bet cash ever. Vote for and support who you want, but at least be honest about the facts.Bet you won't bet on that either.
We will see in January but I don't think it will be settled until they get the Bible out. Seems to be a lot more absentee ballots returned than mailed out in several states. According to official state websites that have been since taken down even. I am sure it was a clerical error. Better hope SCOTUS doesn't hear it one Judge has already laid out how election rules were broken and therefore it should be sent to the House.
Wanna know why people support him. He won't quit and knuckle under. This is the very reason he got elected the first time and quite possibly the second. This is not foolish arrogance either despite the fact he has plenty of it. Hate him all you want the man is a scrapper and I gotta admire him for that. He tells his share of lies like any politician but when it come down to grits and gravy important stuff the man keeps his word or goes down swinging.
Do you really think voter fraud is pure fiction? there probably isn't too much fraud in rural states like Ky. and TN. in a presidential election because of the overwhelming conservative base....its not worth the effort. But in battleground states that's another story. The Kraken is an animal from Scandinavian folklore. It is fictional just like the claims of voter fraud. I have yet to see one iota of proof of fraud other than a bunch of talk. If there was really any proof at all, don't you think it would have been produced in one of theDo you really think voter fraud is pure fiction? there probably isn't too much fraud in rural states like Ky. and TN. in a presidential election because of the overwhelming conservative base....its not worth the effort. Saying voter fraud is just fiction is like saying Enron was telling the truth to its employees and that it wasn't cooking the books.
In all fairness Chris, I will say that no cameras are allowed in polling places. But both sides had an equal number of official observers in the polling centers (regardless of what you hear from the spin), and there has yet to be any evidence of fraud. If there was fraud I hope they are able to produce evidence. So many people witnessing misdeeds taking place; too bad none of them had a cell phone so they could have recorded it. It's just like the time I saw bigfoot, but that`s a story for another day.
I have seen no such affidavits. And neither has any judges yet. I have heard a lot of talk about them. But no court proof. If they really existed, don't you think at least one judge would have paid attention. As an attorney I would think that you would see signed affidavits under the penalty of perjury as evidence and there are plenty of those. Secondly collecting evidence in a case of this magnitude takes a lot of time, votes were just finishing being counted in these last few weeks. The decision handed down thus far are on early filed suits and this is why as more evidence is put forth more suits are filed. Just how fast could you and your crack legal team put together a case of this size across 7 states? Get off the Trump/ anti Trump media and the fact is it is far from settled no matter what side you are on.
The true shame is that there is no factual unbiased media outlet for the public to turn to anymore. Not in regards to the election, the virus or the crimes in this country. This is truly where these conspiracy theories are born from is there is no truth to trust anymore for those not smart enough to see for themselves.
We truly are going to have to find a way to get this country back to the middle and some common ground and media just drives the hate from both sides. We need to focus on where this virus came from and where we made mistakes handling it more than who made mistakes ( the President, CDC,and WHO etc. share equal blame here). Buy American, build American, and prepare America for what may and most certainly will be in its future. The media won't push that agenda and that is what should be on the forefront of every Americans mind.
Good post. I don't fundamentally disagree with the principle of requiring voters to have some civic understanding, but I think it's very difficult if not impossible to implement fairly. Who decides what is essential knowledge and what is not? How do we prevent it from becoming a political weapon? We've already determined that poll taxes and literacy tests for voting rights are unconstitutional, for good reason. Now here is where I open myself up for criticism. People can come to this country and become a citizen. They have to take a test about our country and rules. They study for that test. People born in this country do not have to demonstrate any understanding of anything in order to participate. Would it be beneficial to have all voters have some basic understanding of a few principles?
As an attorney, I would think you are also familiar with Rule 12(b)(6) and the need to invoke Rule 11 in these unfounded cases. I suspect that you know that an affidavit doesn't have validity unless the affiant is available for cross, too. You know, under penalty of perjury. As an attorney I would think that you would see signed affidavits under the penalty of perjury as evidence and there are plenty of those. I don't understand what you are saying. Rule 12(b)(6) and Rule 11 really have nothing to do with each other. Rule 12(b)(6) is the failure to state a claim and Rule 11 sanctions for an attorney that submits a pleading intended to mislead, harass or delay. And, an Affidavit or Declaration are both under penalty of perjury by definition. There is no need for a cross if the Affidavit or Declaration puts nothing at issue. That has been the case so far. Nothing at all to indicate any fraud in any case.As an attorney, I would think you are also familiar with Rule 12(b)(6) and the need to invoke Rule 11 in these unfounded cases. When Trump's appointee called the case "beyond cavil," that would indicate to those with a modicum of a vocabulary that the matter is not "far from settled," but just the opposite.
Your disdain for the media reeks of a disdain for what they report. I, too, avoid overtly opinionated "news," but I bristle at the abject dismissal of established media entities because the refuse to repeat unfounded garbage.
I wish you the best and keep on farming!
