to Silver and those of that ilk # I had family on both sides at Saratoga. Two grandfathers, four uncles. two uncles by marriage. one being a
captain under Colonel McKay . On the other side I had a gr uncle and several cousins from Litchfield CT. My 6th gr uncle deeded land to my
5th gr grandfather and his (5th) brother when they left for Lower Canada. Due to the 'excesses' of John Burgoyne some of my people spent
the winter of 78 in General Schuyler's barn. History will confirm and I will assure you we called them /x&%#ing Tories!
As a footnote we finally buried the hatchet of division on Sept 8 of 2010. It is with tears of regret that we did not do it sooner.
To those of you who ride for the brand, my deepest regards
That's all fine and good. But at the time of your rebellion a Tory was a Loyalist by definition and being a liberal was not a requirement to be a loyalist.

One way of dying is as bad as most other ways. I am really sick and tired of this Covid business. And the masks are merely symbolic. But the FSA just notified me they'll be redistributing some of America's wealth in my direction. Think I'll buy a couple more cows with it. It is a disturbing trend as we close down small business and find a government way to move $ around.

I suspect he has a lot more trolls and haters that follow him than the 800,000. All the "news" people and such (most of those are haters). And many of the "other side" I suspect. Don't have to be a "friend" in order to follow. Just my guess.

what about those of us who support Trump but would not be caught dead on Twitter?

Lol good luck, sir. I guess we will see how this plays out for us all. I’m sure you’ll be fine, probably first in line to bend the knee.
This is about bankrupting us so Chinese currencies become the global standard. We can’t pay for all the leaches now, and the incoming administration wants free for everyone and anyone that makes it across a border.
Government has two ways to make money taxes or print it we loose both ways.
Then you end up with currency that looks like Venuzala today or Argentina 20 years ago.

This not the Democratic Party of my youth protecting American workers and America first.
I was a Reagen Democrat the party left me for a globalist platform, and has continued to slide.

Will not be as bad as you project.

I’m a Texan first and foremost - does that answer your question?
hmmm interesting response.

Best advice that I ever listened to as a young man was to set your priorities and always remember them.
1. God
2. Family
3. Friends
4. Country
5. Work

Everyone is entitled to choose their own priorities and I would encourage all to do so and to give it some thought. It makes life's later decisions so much easier.

I was taught similarly.
God
Country
Family.
The rest will take care of itself.
I was literally raised by men at Normandy and made the beach landings at Iwo and Okinawa fighting socialism and fascism.

Don't spin what I said - I was asked if I was an American, I clarified I'm a Texan first as it relates to my earthly allegiance/nationality. Nevertheless I'm very proud to be both a Texan and an American.

If my God and Family weren't first and foremost, I wouldn't be as fiery on this topic. I'm fearful of this great nation being ruled by lesser men who control the destiny of my children and their freedoms which include their right to worship their Creator.

Joe wants student loan debt forgiveness, expansion of tuition-free colleges, rescind limits on the number of applications for asylum and end the bans on travel from several majority-Muslim countries, lower the age of eligibility for Medicare itself from 65 to 60 years old, he is proposing a $1.7trillion federal investment in green technologies, $20bn grant programmed to incentivize states to invest in incarceration reduction, raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour.

Lets see...........Joe wants student loan debt forgiveness, expansion of tuition-free colleges, rescind limits on the number of applications for asylum and end the bans on travel from several majority-Muslim countries, lower the age of eligibility for Medicare itself from 65 to 60 years old, he is proposing a $1.7trillion federal investment in green technologies, $20bn grant programmed to incentivise states to invest in incarceration reduction, raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, raising taxes as he says on the rich, but will be more.

I see boat loads of refugees headed our way, lots of job losses either to technology or business who can't afford $15 a hour, who knows with this BS college he has proposed to get the young peoples vote (maybe the end of any valve of what a college education is and college enrollment going down hill ), green energy, what little we have left that is any good will be pure junk, turn the criminals out and take power away from the law, add billions more to the Medicare cost. The list goes on and on.
All that is bad news for sure. The sad part is that even with that platform, the majority of people voted for him. Sad if they thought those were good ideas for the country. I don't think those people are the majority, maybe close - but not the majority. I suspect that the group that caused him to win the election is those middle of the road folks who could no longer endure the stupid statements from Trump in the last year, and his hateful speech. I agree with many/most of his actions during the 4 years. However this year, his Covid press conferences mostly consisted of bragging on his actions and trying to destroy anyone who had an alternate view. The presence of Covid and the impact of Covid are not Trump's fault. There were too many unknowns of this new virus to say that anyone should have known what to do. There were bound to be different opinions based on the little information available. That is OK. I don't place the blame for Covid or the deaths from Covid on anyone. Things happen. I believe if Trump had stayed off TV and kept his mouth shut, he might have won. The issue is not his politics, but his personality. Many people vote on personality over platform. Now, here we are with this new crew taking over. I voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 because he was the best of the two candidates in my opinion. Now that is very sad. I did not vote for him in the primary. Let's hope Joe stays healthy for 4 years. It could get worse. Just my opinion.

My thoughts exactly. Trump was his own worst enemy. I don't know if there was ever a person I disliked more than Trump, and I still voted for him. But I know many others that just didn't want someone with no integrity as president, despite agreeing with his policies.

Before Trump how many times did you hear the word Patriot used? never....or used to describe a militia group that was frowned upon.
Before Trump tell me a President the refereed to the MSM as Fake news ever....no one.....except Rush
Before Trump ...tell me a president that mentioned farmers a lot and wanted to help them and did.
I'm sure I could go on. thought it was very refreshing to hear him call out the swamp rats and not worry about political correctness.

Thats an understatement. I'm a 2nd generation Californian and now expatriate. I followed Kamala's rise to political stardom. Sleeze personified and her agenda makes Biden look like a hard core conservative. She fornicated her way to the top tier via her long standing affair with the long time married original "Slick Willy" Brown, one of the most corrupt CA politicians of all times. Makes no never mind...the voters apparently bought the ticket hook line & sinker.
