People don't believe me, but I used to catch fish like that and bigger every day almost. Catch them till I would just get tired of pulling them in. Mangrove snapper, mutton snapper, langusta, jacks and grouper too.
2 years in Guantanamo Bay just about ruined me for fishing anywhere else...

I believe it grey. Im pretty sure you can catch most of that stuff in the bays at the keys.

Hard to beat a day fishing period .
We did pretty good on Rayburn Monday.
Getting the stuff together for Galveston bay in the morning.

I had two first timers with me yesterday and they had a wonderful time. DIL said she wanted to catch a shark, so one of the hookups I handed her the rod. Didn't take long for her to bail out and hand the rod off. I found out yesterday just how bad of shape I really am.
