Hi. I just got a horse a few weeks ago (neglect case). He is a real sweet boy. My problem is, he coughs when I ride him (even at a slow walk). I thought It may be the condition known as roaring, but he doesn't seem to have difficulty breathing and he doesn't wheeze. He was examined by a vet at the time I recieved him. Other than being under weight and needing his feet done, he was in good shape. Anybody have any Ideas?
