The deadline for entries ends on 22 Sept 2018 24h00, the voting poll will be held from 23 -

for purposes of this contest, probably need to Define 'night time'. Is twilight night time..is just as the first gray streaks of dawn show up also night time?

For purposes of this contest the definition of 'Night Time' is as follows -
The beginning of darkness, when the Sun is below the horizon. The time from dusk to dawn when no sunlight is visible.

Complete darkness or astronomical night is the period between astronomical dusk and astronomical dawn when the Sun is between 18 and 90 degrees below the horizon and does not illuminate the sky.

Works like it did before except you have to manually do a couple of things.
After you've chosen your image to upload, it will bring up a progress bar that will eventually say 'complete' then tell you the image was uploaded.

Scroll down to the page till you see the following:


copy/paste the url to the right of the black arrow if you just want a thumbnail or the one with the red arrow if you want the full picture to show up in your reply.

Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3. Wouldnt use this one in real life since I would obviously be accused of shenanigans with that many flags in one picture.

The rules say only that the photo has to be taken at night..I even asked for clarification.
It don't have to be an outdoors shot.

Nowhere, was anything said about the photo having to be taken outdoors.
A photo you took inside the White House counts, as long as the time line is correct.
A photo you took in your bathroom counts too, as long as it was taken "at night".
