Confusion of State Funeral Facts....

A few days ago, an newsancherman mentioned it has been three decades since there were an state funeral for a President... The last person to had one was LBJ. Now how come Richard Nixon didn't get a state funeral? BTW, Nixon died on April 22, 1994 (almost ten years ago!). Was it because he was about to be impeach? Or something else? Thanks in advance.
